Captain's Comments
All guests must make a reservation when calling in to schedule your tour and tour time. A credit card is required for all reservations. Cancellations are due 24 hours in advance without charges made to your credit card on file.
For rocket launch reservations, be aware that the Wallops Flight Facility can “scrub” a launch at any time – and within minutes prior to the scheduled time; if the launch is cancelled the morning of or sometime after the boat trip departs the dock, there is no refund.
Should the captain initiate a cancellation due to inclement weather or mechanical issues, either (1) a full refund will be issued, or (2) if a mutually convenient time can be arranged, the trip will be re-scheduled.
